Conclusion :)

      This awesome project help me to be more objective and critical in terms of what is currently happening in our world. It also help me to be more realistic and optimistic because we should worry about everything that happens around us, even if it is happening far away. This project also wake up my interest in learning new skills, doing searches on the internet, and looking for videos related to the established themes. All the themes were very interesting, but the more complicated for me was the one from Religion because this topic always cause controversy in our world and I don't wanted to wrote something that offended someone (reader). But, the ones that I most liked were Happiness, Celebrity, Movies, Education, and the World. I liked this topics because I was able to wrote what I thought correct. This project also allowed me to gave my opinion in themes that I had never before considered important or curious. The best of all was that I enjoyed looking for information and news related to the topics and I also liked to create my own space: "Yareli's Dynamic World". Thank you Professor for helping us to create our blog!

The World

       The world is the center of the universe, but humans are not the center of the world. I think this because we don't care about what surround us (animals, plants, oceans, athmosphere, etc.). We have a progress in technology, knowledge, cares for diseases, and others. But, we had stay the same in other ways like in the divisions. We have a world of political, economic, religious, and social inequalities (divisions). These inequalities make changes in the humans attitude and actions. Everyday we are less tolerant because we live focused on our own well-being. We had changed our world because we live waiting for more money, power, or benefits. Actually our world is dominated by conflicts. An example of this situation are the wars. In the wars who suffer the consequences are the innocent people. The  people that are interested in obtaing more power make them suffer. Can we solve our differences in a different way?   

       We are "thinking beings", but we don't think about the consequences that causes our evil deeds. I think that the world will not end, we will finish it with our actions. It does not assume that in this century, the human being has acquired new knowledge and skills? We keep repeating the story with wars and problems without solutions. Our world is full of opportunists, willing to acquiere power in their own way. But, we can avoid that because we have the capacity to think, act, and react. Why we don't promote peace and the importance of life? We can improve our world if we stop thinking only in us and also, educating ourselves. 

Education

     

      The education is important for everyone because it help us to communicate and understand. Also, it allow us to learn values and skills. If everyone in the world has the privilege of education, our world would be different. Actually, there are places where the education is very limited, for example in Pakistan. In this place is prohibited the education to women. An example of this situation is the inspiring character Malala Yousafzai. This young woman fights for civil rights and specially for the women rights because the education should be for everyone. But there are, also places like Cuba where the education (School and University) are free. This comparison helps us understand that we have one world with many differences that do not allows us to improve. 

      I wish that education would be a worldwide priority. Also, I would like to don't pay for it because education is a right. Education should not be deny to anyone because it could prevent the problems ocurring in our world. Problems such as discrimination, indifference, racism, and others. Our world should be different and better if everyone used our education as the solution to solve our social problems. When we educate ourselves we can be respectful and understanding. Also, we can make the difference in our world because education is the key. 

Movies

       Family movies are the best because they teach us the importance of values. These films show us real and touching stories about families. Also, they provide us happiness because usually these films are funny. An example is "Mrs. Doubtfire" by the deceased Robin Williams. This actor made many films with positive messages about the importance of family. Another example is  "Beethoven", this is a family comedy film. This movie presents the importance of family union and show us that animals are , also a family members and we should love and respect them. There are many significant values that are presented in these films. The last example that confirms the diversity of these movies is "Home Alone". It is the most famous film of Christmas. This movie besides of being comical it, had an important messages. The message is that no matter what you do or who you are, your family always will be by your side, to protect you, respect you, and love you.

       The most common values that we see in the family movies are respect, love, dedication, perseverance, and others. I think that these are the best movies because they transmit us a possitive message that can serve us as an example. But, now exists more violent films with negative values such as intolerance and disrespect. I still remember the movies that I mentioned and I still see them because they were important in my childhood and they remember me the values that my family taught me. But times changed and people also changes. This films have been forgotten by many people, but my family and I have not forget them. The new generations should see these awesome films!

A Celebrity

       In the world are many celebrities and one of them is Ricky Martin. He was born on San Juan, Puerto Rico and he is a singer, song- writer, actor and writer. His music albums are in two languages: English and Spanish. Thanks to these music albums he received many importants awards such as Grammy's, Billboard's, MTV's, and othes. His fame is world- wide since he made tours around the world. Also, he made public his sexual preference (homosexuality), but this was not reason for stop his talents. Eventually he decided to create a family with two children. Ricky Martin continue with his talents and participated in many Reality Shows such as "The voice in Mexico". His fame and his music are very important, but for me, his charity is the most important characteristic of Ricky Martin. He founded the "Ricky Martin Foundation" in 2000. He created this non-profit foundation with the purpose of helping children around the world. It is based on social justice, education and health. Also, the Foundation is against human trafficking and sexual explotation of children. Thanks to his community service he received important awards and honors.

       Ricky Martin is one of the most important talents from Puerto Rico. He demonstrate his moral and ethical values with his actions. Also, with his work he show us the importance of help othes. Not all the celebrities spend their time or money to help our world. He is a multifaceted artist! Ricky Martin is a young artist with a big heart. Our world needs more people like Ricky Martin who are well- diposed to give everything without receiving anything. He transmit us his great talent with his music. But, he is an inspiration for me because he is a person who has an important purpose to improve our world. Hopefully all the politicians of the world think and act just like him. 

                       

Media

       Media can refear to a lot of themes, but I choose the most important in our society: social media. Actually, we use the social to communicate and to express ourselves. But, recently this social media had became an uncontrollable problem to our society. Why did it became a problem? One reason is that people use it to threaten. Also, people are addict to social media. Others are dedicated to make Cyber Bullying. They hurt you and harass you. Not all people make good use of social communication. Unfortunately, many people see this media to take advantage of the innocence of a child, the physical defect a woman had, or to take fun of someone with impediments. 

       The social media is very useful, but we should use it correctly. It helped us to be communicated with family members who are far away from us. Also, provides us information that helps us to understand what happens in our world. It have many advantages, but, also it have disadvantages. For example, the Cyber Bullying. We see this problem everyday in the news and social networks. This happens because everyday we are less tolerant. I considered that the problems that currently exist in our society is because we strive to be perfect and fit into society, but we don't consider the damage that we cause to someone else. We must to eliminate this problem!

Marriage

      Marriage is the union between two people through the Church or Civil affairs. It is between two people who love each other and want to share their interests for the rest of their lives. When two people get married in a registry office, they obtain rights and obligations that are considerated necessary. Some obligations are the following. First, if you have children inside the marriage, they are considered legitimates. Second, if you get dovorced, the possessions that were made inside the marriage, have to be divided. In other way, the marriage by the Church is different. This union is considered an important sacrament. This marriage is legitimate by the blessing and power of Jesus (God). Both have their differences and are complicated to understand. 


       In my opinion, marriage is not an obligation. Each person decides if he or she wants to get marry or just wants to share and live with someone the rest of his/her life. Actually the ideas and perspectives about marriage has been modified because not everyone belive in that union. Marriage is more than an engagement. It is a lifestyle that not everyone can tolerate. That lifestyle is hard and complicated. In my opinion it's better to not get marry because in that way, you can avoid problems (conflicts) and complications in your daily life. In summary being free of marriage is better because you and      your partner can decide how and what to do. 

Religion

     The concept of religion is difficut because we confuse it with Christianity. For this reason is very important to recognized and differentiate, what is religion and what is Christianity. In comparison to Christianity, religion is a set of beliefs, practices or traditions that you do constantly, but not necessarily being a believer in something mystical. We have many differents practices in the world, Christianity is one of them. Christianity is something different because is based on the importance of Jesus. You can be religious, but that does not means that you become part of the faith or beliefs of Christianity. 

    We decided what we wants in our lives. You can choose to follow the religion traditions or just believe in something different. In our world exist the diversity, you can believe in Jesus or Buddha. But they have one thing in common, "they follow the tradition on religion as a custom". We need to know that the diversity  dominates our world. 

War

     War is the worst decision that humans can choose. It hurts the citizens, so it is important to decide the right way. There is always a winner and a loser, but there are more lifes that are lost in the war. When the war starts between countries, who suffer the consequences are the people. Two examples of this consequences are the economic problems and the deaths. In the war the countries lose lots of money that could be used to do the good to the World and society. In this huge troubles, many innocent people lose their lives, but also they lose the most important right: life. Both effects could be avoided if the war disappear from our planet. 

     We need a better World with peace and love. Human can select other solutions to resolve problems. We have the capacity to reflect about our actions. Actually we need more respect to each others because we have only one World. Someone that show us the importance of the humans values is Bob Marley. One of his famous songs named "War/ no more trouble" provided us a message. This important message was to stop war and to built a peaceful society and we can do it!

Death

                                                 

     Death is a natural part of life. Also, it is the only thing that humans have in common. We do not know how, when or where we are going to die, but the death is waiting for all the people in Earth. Our lifes can be finished at any time because no one is immortal, so is very important to enjoy each moment. Our daily routine can be changed in an instant and we can't avoid it. Our death can come like a surprise in different circumstances, such as an accident, a terminal disease, addiction to any drug, homicide, suicide, natural disease and others. In conclusion, the death is something that we have insured. 

     An example that provee how indefinable our lives can be is the accident that occured in 2010 at Sea World, Orlando, Florida. It happens, exactly at the Shamu's Stadium when a killer whale attacks a trainer. Her name was Dawn Brancheau and she was 40 years old. She was grabbed, shaked, and pulled down to the 35 foot-deep tan by Tillikum (the whale) and die. This has been one of the most terrible accidents.  (Some information was taken from CNN News in September 26, 2015.)

Happiness

     Happiness is an inspiration and it helps us to make our lives better. Life is very short so we must be happy and enjoy what we have at the moment. No matter how is your life just live your present as Mary Browder. She is a young girl who was diagnosed with Hodgking Lymphoma in January 2014 and her doctor recommended that she go to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for treatment. Although, it was not an easy situation, she continued living happy. Mary and her family don't stop persevering. She never let cancer keep her away from doing the things she always loved to do. The situation was very hard, but she continue her happy and normal life, brave and unstoppable. 

     We should not have excuses to be happy, follow the inspiring example of Mary Browder and her awesome family. Mary was diagnosed with cancer, but she never stop fighting. No matter how many difficult situations we have, we can find our happiness with optimism as Mary Browder. We have only one life and you decide what to do for your satisfaction. Just live with happiness and never stop!
